30 days to change your mind, and we stand behind the hardware.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your GlossCam. Email broski.s1b@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions. Items should come back complete, in their box, with the pads and cable.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving.
Warranty
If your headset stops working under normal use, email us with a short description and a video if you can. We will repair or replace it. Damage from submersion, pressure washers pointed at the unit, or physical impact is not covered.
